Biodiesel Fuel Quality Standard

The Fuel Standard (Biodiesel) Amendment Determination 2004 was tabled in Parliament on 8 February 2005 and has now passed the disallowance period and taken effect. The amendments delay the introduction of cetane number and include additional test methods; introduce an additional limit and test method for copper strip corrosion for ultra low sulfur biodiesels; and correct the alcohol content limit.
